I have a Surface of my own at home and I think it can certainly compete with the iPad. Microsoft’s Surface¬†download (9)Is actually bigger than Apple’s iPad. Its also a hybrid between a tablet and a laptop with the option to snap a keyboard onto the bottom of the Surface. So, you’re probably wondering,” Ok, why don’t we all just get Surface’s.” Well, the App store on Surface is terrible. Apple has hundreds of thousands more Apps that work and function better than Microsoft’s and that has mass appeal to some people. If Microsoft improved this, Apple would have a big BIG problem.

Wii apologizes to Homosexuals

It seems that Nintendo forgot to include the possibilities of homosexuals in their new game.

I think that homosexuals shouldn’t have been allowed in the game. I personally don’t support gays and this is a game that many children are going to play. Since in the game, “Mii’s”¬†can get married and have kids together. I think this will complicate the game too much when the gay marriage tries to have children. I don’t think kids should be exposed to this type of things at such an early.

Sumsung must pay Apple

Samsung has to pay $119.6 million more to Apple. “Apple said the latest ruling “reinforces what courts around the world have already found: that Samsung willfully stole our ideas and copied our products.

In August 2012, Samsung was found to have violated several of Apple’s patents, and a jury ruled that Samsung owed Apple more than $1 billion in damages. U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh later said that the jury miscalculated the award, and about $450 million worth of those damages were reconsidered in a new trial.

Then, last November, a federal jury ordered Samsung to pay $290 million in damages on top of the $640 million in damages that Judge Koh upheld.

I wonder who’s going to win. I’m leaning towards Apple because I have phone myself. I want to know what would happen if one of these companies went bankrupt. Would all the people from one company switch over to the next?

Hacker scares baby

I think this is just insane! Some random guy hacked into this families baby monitor and starts screaming at the child. This made me wonder if someone hacked into my little sister’s baby monitor. These type of things make you insecure and wonder what people can do. If they can hack into my phone’s camera and watch where I am and what I’m doing.

I think we need an internet police force that can protect us from things like this. This is a new day and age and we need to find a way to keep people safe from hackers.

Why has this taking so long to be created? This reminds me of an air conditioner. In the summer time if you walk the streets of Philadelphia, you can often see air conditioners hanging out the windows of many houses. I’m always seeing those air conditioners dripping water so a lot, some a little. So if simple air conditioners can do this, why is this taking so long to get to our homes? Is there something wrong with it?

If someone farts next to it, does the water taste bad?

I can’t believe this guy earns almost 6 figures doing nothing but playing video games. I think this shows we are coming into a new age of entertainment. I see people going to the internet to get famous much more these days; Youtube, Vine, and WorldStar Hip Hop all get people very famous whether they’re trying or not. Now this site named Twitch.tv is “devoted to live interactive broadcasting of people playing video games. It’s helping to launch a new type of broadcast professional”. The internet is taking over! Am I the only one seeing this?

At Boys’ Latin we are constantly faced slow WiFi speed. It gets very annoying and It’s hard to get work done. “The technology is known as ‘MU-MIMO’, which stands for multi-user, multiple input, multiple output.” This will make it easier for multiple people to connect to one server. I think this is what the world needs to take internet to the next step. It will raise the bar for internet speeds. Will Boys’ Latin have enough money for it?
